SPORT 2000 MCR Concept Stores are the specialist format for multi-category retailers, hitting the sweet spot between a wide range of offerings and access to specialized products and expert advice.

The format includes a modern and attractive shopfitting concept with numerous highlight elements, as well as assortment related and customer oriented services.

Participants in the format receive the highest service level within SPORT 2000, representing an investment in long term security and supported by the strong backing of SPORT 2000.

And a few hard facts

To meet the requirements, a store must have a sales area of at least 400 m², an annual purchase volume of €500,000 from the third year, a catchment area of 100,000 people, and be ready to adhere to SPORT 2000’s corporate identity and design.

Additionally, it must implement the shopfitting elements, use a modern foot measurement system, offer up-to-date services in their chosen categories, participate in data exchange with a compatible inventory system, and ensure data quality based on GTIN.

SPORT 2000 FORMAT

The SPORT 2000 Format is the little brother of the MCR concept but offers more flexibility regarding the implementation of some elements and is designed for dealers who do not wish to implement the full concept.
